This Peppermint Mocha Coffee Creamer is a delicious and healthy addition to your morning coffee this holiday season!
Who can resist a good peppermint treat during the holidays? I definitely can’t! This becomes even more irresistible when you add chocolate, unless you are my sister, who suffers from a dislike of chocolate.
Chocolate and peppermint are a combination that practically screams Christmas, which is why I made it the second of my 12 Days of Healthy Holiday Recipes series on my Instagram page. You can check out my day one recipe for Salty and Sweet Holiday Fudge here. During Christmastime I like to make my morning coffee a little bit special, just like everything else during the Holidays! Making a batch of a fun coffee creamer at the beginning of the week is a simple way to enjoy fun coffee all week long! You can also change up the flavors when you are ready for a coffee change up.
To give this creamer peppermint flavor I use pure peppermint extract. Peppermint is one of my favorite flavors, however even I like a change every now and then. You can find many different flavors of extracts at the grocery store or online which make it very easy to change the flavor profile of this recipe. You could try caramel, orange, almond, coconut, chocolate or additional vanilla extract. If you would like to change the flavors, omit the peppermint extract and use equal amounts of your favorite extract.
In this recipe I use MCT oil and Integral Collagen for added health benefits. Integral Collagen adds protein, improves hormone balance, soothes the nervous system, and more. MCT oil gets your metabolism going and wards against harmful diseases. However, these ingredients are not mandatory. If you prefer to go without these ingredients, you can simply omit them from the recipe.
This is a Trim Healthy Mama S recipe, which means it is low glycemic, full of healthy fats, and low in carbohydrates.
In this recipe I use the Trim Healthy Mama Brand Xylitol-Free Gentle Sweet Blend, MCT Oil, and Integral Collagen. I use their products on a daily basis and would highly recommend them. You can find those ingredients here.
May this recipe bring you many cozy mornings! Merry Christmas!
From the Humble Farm kitchen
In a wide mouth pint mason jar combine all of the dry ingredients.
In a separate jar or pitcher combine the cream and almond milk. Slowly pour the liquid into the dry mixture, stirring with a spoon.
Add the remaining ingredients to the jar. Blend on low with an immersion blender or transfer to a regular blender to blend.
Place a lid on the jar and keep in the fridge until you are ready to use it in your coffee! To add to your coffee, mix in two tablespoons of creamer to 8oz of your favorite coffee.
My favorite coffee is the Trim Healthy Mama brand Guatamama Coffee! You can find that on their website as well.

A letter from the farm
I write a quiet letter to my readers — a recipe, a reflection, something I've been learning or noticing. No noise. No rush. Just a note from my kitchen to yours, whenever I have something worth saying.
A quiet note from Humble Farm, never noise.
