This coffee shop worthy Simple Pumpkin Spice Cold Foam is just what you need to usher in the fall season! Not to mention, this recipe is sugar free and a THM S!
Simple Pumpkin Spice Cold Foam
Cold foam seems to be all the rage in the coffee connoisseur world. After seeing all the beautiful videos showing how to achieve gorgeous coffee layers, I decided I had to give it a try!
At the time, it was the beginning of September and I was experiencing the beginnings of “autumn fever” (you know… when you just want summer to be over so you can put on a sweater and curl up with a pumpkin spice latte). If you live in Texas, you will understand that 95 degrees is not ideal for walking around downtown with hot pumpkin spice lattes. 😉
Creating this delicious and simple pumpkin spice cold foam is my solution to this problem! Refreshing iced coffee with that autumn spice flair!
It Couldn’t be Simpler!
This recipe might seem fancy, but it truly is so incredibly easy to throw together! All you have to do is add everything to a bowl and whip. Voila! You just became a professional barista without the bat of an eyelash!
What Makes This Recipe Healthy?
This recipe is a THM S, which means it is full of healthy fats, low in carbs, as well as sugar free. As a sugar alternative, I use the THM Gentle Sweet Blend in this recipe. I use THM products on a daily basis and love their company! You can find all of those ingredients here!

Simple Pumpkin Spice Cold Foam- Sugar Free THM S
This coffee shop worthy Simple Pumpkin Spice Cold Foam is just what you need to usher in the fall season! Not to mention, this recipe is sugar free and a THM S!
Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons Pumpkin Puree
- 2 Tablespoons THM Gentle Sweet
- 3/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/8 teaspoon ground turmeric (optional, for color)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup half and half (I also love using French Vanilla Nutpods!)
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, sweetener, spices, and salt. Mix until well incorporated.
- Add the cream, half and half, and vanilla to the bowl. With a handheld or standup mixer fitted with a beater attachment, beat until thickened. You don't want peaks to form. You still want to be able to pour the cold foam.
- Use to top your cold brew or any iced coffee! I place a handful of ice in my glass, pour in 2 tablespoons of Nutpods, and sprinkle 1 teaspoon of Gentle Sweet on top. Then, I mix two shots of espresso with 1/2-3/4 cup of water and pour that over the ice. Finally, I add my cold foam and sprinkle pumpkin spice on top to finish it off!
Notes
If you want to change things up, add 1/4 tsp maple or caramel extract!
